The idea behind this site is to offer the stakehoders of organizations:

1.  A list of tech best practices they can evaluate their org against.

2.  Some advice from peers as to what people with similar problems tried, what that solution cost and how well it worked.

3.  An idea of what other organizations in similar situations with similar challenges are also facing and what they tried.
